In this hands-on workshop from fermenting expert Eka Davies, you'll learn about this ancient art of preserving and learn some basic techniques to create your own ferments at home.
Have fun tasting and learning about culturally diverse fermented foods and drink and discover how the process of fermenting harnesses the power of microbes for good gut health.
During the session you’ll make your own jar of sauerkraut, using seasonal farm produce, to take home and enjoy.
