To conclude Urban Fortnight, join The Food Gatherer for an immersive harvest feast of Enfield’s food and drink, organised in partnership with Enfield Veg Co. and Forty Hall Vineyard at London’s only certified organic farm; Forty Hall Farm. EnField to Fork.
Diners will meet for a shrub cocktail, prepared by local food writer and author of The Vinegar Cupboard, Angela Clutton, then chat with the growers in a guided walkabout around the farm’s Market Garden, Orchard & Forty Hall Vineyard, with delicious seasonal bites and a wine tasting along the way.
We’ll then gather around the farm table to share a family style supper prepared by invited local cooks, prepared with seasonal produce, from the farm and other local makers.
